#075: Dyad Time: More Awesome, Less Suck

Today we’re talking about dyad time: the time set aside for just one partner. Dyad time is vital to keeping your relationships healthy (regardless of your configuration). But when you’re polyamorous scheduling quality one-on-one time can be a challenge. That’s why it sucks so much to work for — and get — time only to feel afterward like you would have been better off reading a book. Or worse, to start equating time with your partner(s) to arguments, misery, and stress.

In this episode, we discuss how to get dyad time on the calendar, and how to actually ENJOY the time you have.
