Some people hear us talk about therapy and assume we hate therapists. That’s not true. But who you go to for help with your relationships really matters. Sometimes a good therapist is the answer. But there are other situations where a therapist is useless at best, and might actually cause more harm than good. In this episode, we talk about when you should see a therapist and when that’s counterproductive. We also cover the steps you should take to evaluate anyone (therapist or otherwise) that you’re going to trust with your relationships.
